Arrival & Departure Times
Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. Please let us know in advance of your expected ferry/flight arrival times. Demand for ferries is high at certain times and should be booked well in advance.

Guest Information
Accommodation is reserved for up to the number specified at the time of booking, we would appreciate being advised of any changes to the number of guests staying
Smoking
There is a NO smoking policy in all cottages.
Pets
Pets are welcome – please let us know at the time of booking. We request that pets are kept off the furniture and carpeted areas. The garden and surrounding areas must be kept clear of dog mess.
Parking
There is on-site parking within the cottage grounds for two cars
Cleaning & Breakages
We assume you will take reasonable care of the house you are renting and we reserve the right to charge for any damage or excessive cleaning to the property whilst in your care. Any damages should be reported immediately to us – info@ardtallacottages.co.uk
Liability
We cannot accept any liability for personal property whilst in the accommodation. You may wish to take out appropriate insurance.
Special Arrangements
During the winter months we are happy to consider bookings for shorter periods such as a long weekend or midweek breaks. Please get in touch to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
A confirmed reservation constitutes a contract between the guest making the reservation and Ardtalla Cottages.
Payments
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a £150 deposit for your stay. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy. Payments from overseas should be made in sterling.
The balance of your stay should be received by us at least 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay is made
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
No Shows
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Refunds
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
